Delivery Policy
(Free Delivery on Orders over £65)

General Information
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank Holidays) will be dispatched the same day, orders placed after 1pm will be despatched the next working day. We do not despatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Orders placed over a weekend for next day delivery will be dispatched on the next working day.

All orders are subject to availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you by email, we can either refund you for the item that is out of stock or for the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. We do not automatically back order items out of stock, but with your permission we can delay the despatch of your order until all items are in stock.

Click and Collect
Order on line by 4pm for collection in store for free from 12pm the next day (Monday - Saturday).

Delivery Times
All delivery times are estimates and are to be used as a guide only. Due to the nature of postal services we cannot guarantee the delivery date.

Urgent Orders
Special Delivery - If you require your order urgently we offer a guaranteed next working day Special Delivery service through Royal Mail. Please select the “Special Delivery” option.
Royal Mail 1st Class - Place your order before 1pm and we will dispatch the same working day. We cannot guarantee next day delivery but Royal Mail state that they aim to deliver parcels the next working day.

UK Delivery Costs (Free Delivery on Orders over £65)
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, your location and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen shipping charges will be displayed.
We use Royal Mail for parcels weighing up to 1kg. Orders over 1kg will be sent by Courier.

International Delivery
We apologise for any inconvenience but we not shipping internationally at present. We are hoping to launch this service in the near future.
Shipping Information
It is important that you provide a shipping address where someone will be present to take delivery of your order during working hours, this can be different to your billing address. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address details, Carousel cannot be held responsible for orders not received due to incorrect details being entered.

Uncollected Parcels
Delivery companies will leave a card if you are not there to receive your parcel. It is your responsibility to call the delivery company to arrange re-delivery or to collect the parcel. If the parcel is returned to us because you have failed to contact the delivery company, you will be eligible for the cost of us resending the goods.

Damaged Goods
Where goods are damaged in transit please contact us immediately. We may ask you for photographic proof and a written statement, so that we can claim compensation from the delivery company.
