Returns Policy

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT FROM CAROUSEL SUGARCRAFT, this can be obtained by emailing us through our Contact Us Form.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.

Unwanted Goods

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled up to the time of shipping.

By law customers in the EU are allowed the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days of receiving the item. Edible Items, Special Order Items, Polystyrene Dummies / Spacers, Cake Boards & Boxes, Books, DVD's and Videos are not included unless they are faulty. If you decide that you no longer require goods, they can be returned unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Customers will be responsible for costs involved in returning items to Carousel Sugarcraft.

You must ensure that returned goods are adequately packaged, we cannot refund items that are damaged in transit to us. It is advisable to get a certificate of proof of posting, in case of items lost in transit.

When Carousel Sugarcraft has received the returned item, any refund amount due will be paid by the same payment method as the original purchase. Any postage charges and/or damages will be deducted.

Damaged or Incorrectly Sent Goods

Items which arrive damaged, faulty or have been incorrectly sent must be notified in writing within 7 days of receipt.

We will replace or refund the damaged goods as required. If we require the item(s) returned, we will pay the cost of the return postage via 1st class post for which you will be required to obtain a proof of postage from the dispatching post office.

We will not refund or replace any item which has become damaged as a result of neglect or misuse.

Returns by Delivery Company

If goods are returned to us by the delivery company because either the customer after receiving a delivery card does not arrange for re-delivery or the delivery address was incorrect, the customer will incur a re-delivery charge for the goods to be re-sent.
